Estimation of Costs: Our estimated costs are determined based on a review of the initial work and the details provided through various communication channels such as phone, WhatsApp, email, or any other agreed-upon mode of communication. It’s important to note that the estimated cost is subject to change if the scope of work exceeds the initially discussed expectations. In such cases, our organization reserves the right to revise the estimate and may request the client company’s management to proceed with payments accordingly.

Advance Payments & Invoice Payments:  Please be aware that all advance payments and invoice payments made to International Business Retainers are non-refundable. These payments are intended solely for compensation towards the services provided.

Indemnity Note:  Our reports are based on the records, data, and information provided by the client. We undertake the task of summarizing this information and sharing the summary with the client for their review and acceptance. This acceptance can be communicated through WhatsApp, email, or any other agreed-upon communication mode before the report is submitted to the relevant government portal.

Confidentiality of Records:  International Business Retainers LLC places utmost importance on the confidentiality of our clients’ data. We do not retain or store hardcopies or softcopies of client records and information within our premises. It is the responsibility of the client to securely manage and maintain their own records.

No Responsibility for Fines or Penalties:  Please be aware that International Business Retainers LLC will not assume any responsibility or liability for any fines, penalties, or legal actions imposed by government authorities. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and any consequences arising from non-compliance are the sole responsibility of the client.
